Golden Moments

Kjære Alle Sammen,

-Språk (language) study with an actual Norwegian! (Sophie has been helping us with pronunciation)
-visiting members that live way out in Hønefoss and contacting in the sentrum over there. I talked to a 7th day Adventist missionary- that was fun!
- We helped a less active mix cement and make fancy leaf-stones. And she is American so she fed us sloppy joes. We actually had a couple of member dinners this week! it was great!
- We called Sister Vega (my mission best friend- who I trained) and she sounds SO GOOD! Also We took the whole conversation in Norwegian, and she said that My Norwegian is a lot better! That is exciting- because sometimes you don't really see the growth in yourself.
- We started teaching Geir again! He is one of my favorite Norwegians. Sister Wood & I taught him a while back, and then we was in church and we got another appointment with him. Love that guy!
- We had a musical number in Church and it went really well. Having the violin here is really handy and I hope that maybe something that I play can touch somebody else's heart.
And also I really want to share a cool experience. We were in Asker sentrum contacting. We talked to this nice lady from Africa who had a super strong faith in Christ. We couldn't talk to long, because she was busy, but we gave her our card and she said she wanted to come to church. Then lady, we walked past these two teenagers. I looked to sister Ulrich after we had passed them, and was like "how do you feel about those two guys?" and she said, "I feel like we need to talk to them." so we turned around and they had also turned around and were walking the other way. And we just walked after them and started talking. They were selling their heavy metal CDs for their band. They have been on tour all around Europe and are now in Norway. They were not interested in God at all and said that smoking and drinking makes them happy- it is so weird how some people center their lives on such frivolous things... Anyway, we had an interesting conversation, they have talked to missionaries in about every country that they've been in. We hope they will remember us and listen to a little bit more of what the next missionaries they meet have to say. Anyway- we get on the bus to go home and the lady that we had talked to, came! Sister Ulrich talked to her the way home and told her about the Book of Mormon. She only had a Norwegian one, but said we could give one to her later. We all got off on the same stop. She was walking in front of us, and we were just talking about everything that happened, and then I said, well I have an English book of Mormon with me now! So we ran up to her and shared the book and continued walking together home. Turns out this lady is our next door neighbor! Sweet! We haven't been able to meet with her quite yet, but this week for sure. The Lord's plan is perfect. I am so glad we followed the prompting to talk to those two boys and that God lead that woman to us again. I love being right in the middle of God's miracles. It is truly thrilling!
Love you all!

Adventures

Kjære alle sammen,
what an adventure this week. I damaged the oil pan backing out of our driveway and then almost got stuck in mud and while sister ulrich got out of the car to back me up, her shoe got stuck in the mud. It was after that fiasco that we realized the damage with the oil..... so then we walked home in the spitting rain. The car got towed the next day and then we got to use the bus and train and stuff. Oh how I love public transport! Seriously! I cant to live somewhere where the transport is good enough that I can just take that. Because you can talk to people. it is great. even though we got the car back already, we are still going to take the bus some days.
We had our Zone conference with president and sister hill. They are adorable and I love em so much already. They are heaven-sent. also at the conference we received a "mini missionary"! Her name is Sofie (pronounced sofia) and she is 16 from skien. Oh wow I am so impressed with youth. She is amazing! So amazing! She is our good luck charm and we get to have her with us a full 12 days! She is with us to experience the mission life. I hope it is a good experience for her.
I have come to almost a re-evaluating stage in my mission, and have come to realize that the reason I am here serving a mission is because I love the Lord. He said to feed my sheep, so that is what I am doing. I love to feel the Lord to testify to others through me. We have such huge potentials to bless and uplift each other. Take time today to think about how you can show the Lord your love for him by "feeding his sheep".
Tusen takk og mye kjærlighet, (a thousand thanks and lots of love)

Kjære venner,
couple of highlights from this week:
-it was our English fast this week again, and it wasn't even that difficult! When you have a companion that is willing, it makes all the difference.
-I feel like we are really friends with our investigators. And that makes sharing the gospel easier and more natural. Our investigator Amina fed us dinner after a lesson one night (rice and shrimp that was a little spicy... a little taste of Africa!) and also we went and visited J A and he gave us the way popular norwegian frozen pizza- except gluten fri. We met his kids on Saturday (he invited them to come play soccer with us and also asked us to give them some church pamphlets. whata missionary!) and he also told us when he wanted to be baptized. August 8th. I hope I am still in the area or close enough to be able to be there!
-it was the 4th of july. and so we bought a water melon! and sang the National Anthem together as a district.
-i guess it was last week, but I passed my driving test and have a norwegain license now!
-The whole week we didn't have very much success in finding people. We hadn't found any solid people the whole week. Last night after we visited a less-active, we decided to go to sentrum to find. We only had like 15 minutes till curfew. we were literally the only car in the whole parking lot. But we got out and there was a man just sitting down at a table. We began to talk with this man and told him about the Book of Mormon. He is from iceland, and said we could meet again next sunday. Miracles happen in these days! 8:45 on a sunday night, and the Lord answered our week long prayer of finding a new person to teach.

There is real peace that comes from being in church surrounded by people that are sincerely trying to improve their lives and come closer to Christ. I felt the spirit speak peace to my soul as I partok of the sacrament. I love the peace that god gives to me through the comforter. It is real. I hope that each one of you this week will take some time to be still and know that God is there.

courage and miracles

Kjære alle sammen,
Wow it has been a great week! I am pressed for time again, but I just want to say a couple things.
1.) we found a new investigator that is WAY cool. She is from Gambia. Sister Wood and I met her on the street on Monday, we gave her a Book of Mormon and her address to visit her the next day. We visited her again in the week and invited her to church. She was able to get a ride from a member and was in all three meetings! she even got a priesthood blessing because her situation is a little rough. She started Crying and said I don't know why I am crying. Sister Ulrich asked her a little bit afterwards what she felt during the blessing and she said "like a warm feeling coming over me" and we told her that is the spirit- the power of God. and she said through tears "I think you're right. I think so."
2) we have focused ourselves an everything we do for that matter more on Jesus Christ this transfer and it is making all the difference. This is a changing point in my mission and perhaps my whole life- that I focus on the One who makes my life possible. Our savior and redeemer has the power to change people. To heal broken hearts and enable us to improve. I love my Savior, and am so blessed to bear his name.
3) my new companion is flat out amazing. She comes from Ogden, Utah. She is so fun! Miracles are happening. I feel like we are much more ourselves while we are out and we are being bold. After stopping by the bishop's house one night, we walked by some people that were eating outside. We debated for a little
bit whether or not to talk to them because we didn't want to invade their privacy or anything. But we went! And we had a great conversation. The Lord blessed us in that moment with courage. The courage to bear his name and message boldly. And wow did we feel empowered after that! The Lord blesses us when we do things that are out of our comfort zone to serve and to talk to others.
And that is about it for now! thank you for your prayers and love and support. I really do feel it.
Med Kjærlighet,

ps
Shoutout to by brother Sam who will be 16 tomorrow! call and sing to him if you know him. and even if you don't. He is a cool guy. :)

Just a quickie

HEY!

I Don't have a ton of time today, but I want to share a quote that I loved from my study this morning: Weaknesses become strengths, challenges become opportunities, trials become triumphs, and adversity becomes and adventure in the service of the Lord."

Amen to that.

This week we met a way cool lady on the street that opened up to us about her past life and also accepted a copy of the book of Mormon and promised to read it. She was English. :) also she said that she felt a good feeling when we were talking to her. It is way cool when other people can recognize the spirit when you are around them.

other highlights- we sang/ i played in sacrament meeting and zone conference this week.
Moves call came and Sister Wood is going to Trondheim! I am staying and Sister Ulrich is coming to the promised land. She is amazing and I can't wait!
we contacted this lady from poland and got a call from the elders later on saying that they contacted the same lady and talked with her for like 40 minutes! They got her number and gave it to us so that we could call her and remind her to come to church next week.
We met with the girl from Uganda. She is a saint. But unfortunately she'll be going on a long vacation soon.
Our finding on the street has been a lot more enjoyable because sometimes we open up with a question about the norwegian language that others can help us with.

Life is good. I know our Savior lives.

Thank you for prayers and support! keep praying for Band J A.

Love,
Sister Stephanie Williams

The Savior of the World

Kjære alle sammen,
Just a quick update on the people that I spend a lot of time praying about and thinking about:
B is amazing. He will not be baptized in June, but in August because he has a couple of things he has to work out. His desire to change and become a better person is so inspiring to me! I am so blessed to be teaching him. teaching someone that wants to learn is very gratifying.
J A is one of my best Norwegian friends. Love that guy! We see him everywhere. He is starting to have more sincere prayers and he has told us that he read a scripture about "waking up" in the scriptures and he feels like that is where he is- trying to wake up. It's like this whole nation is sleeping and it's our job to wake them up. It has been eye opening to see his progression and his journey to a new life in Christ.

The Lord blessed us with a couple of other miracles this week. We went back to give a book of mormon to a family that donated some clothes to a big project norway is doing to send supplies to Africa and they were so ready to hear our message! They have questions and and willing to learn and we are going back! They are from Brazil. Another day, we were in the Library waiting for 2 muslims to give them a book of Mormon in Arabic and we started talking to a way cool girl from Uganda. We'll meet with her this week! But while we were talking with her, the two muslims came up and so sister wood was talking to them and I was talking to this other girl and then an Indian less-active in our ward that we have been trying to get a hold of forever came over! So we were talking to 4 different people all at one time- all from different places in the world. I am serving an international mission!
But it doesn't end there. Sister Wood and I were out on the streets in Sandvika and we met a guy from Thailand (his name is X). The language barrier was huge, but we invited him to come to church, and he asked if he could bring a friend- we said of course. AND THEY CAME! It is hard to communicate with them, but they do have a book of mormon in Thai and we will be watching the restoration video in their language today.
and to throw a couple of other cultures in there, our Croatian new-convert Drago gave the opening prayer in Sacrament meeting in his own language and Then we had someone bear their testimony in Spanish. Norway- who knew I'd be getting a little taste of everything here!
Sister Wood and I have been memorizing Den Levende Kristus - the Living Christ- during our language study. It has been so cool to be thinking more about the life of Christ and his divine role as the Savior of the world. I know that he didn't just come to save those that lived around him or those that hear about and follow him now on earth, but that he is the redeemer for every soul who has lived, who now lives, and who will yet come to live on the Earth. He is all powerful and all knowing. He is the savior these people from Brazil, Africa, India, Norway, America, Peru, Thailand, Iran, and everywhere else in the world.
In Alma 37, We learn of the great blessings in store for us if we listen and follow the counsel of Christ's words. "it is as easy to give heed to the word of Christ, which will point to you a straight course to eternal bliss... the words of Christ, if we follow their course, will carry us beyond this vale of sorrow into a far better land of promise. The way is prepared, and if we will look we may live forever."
I add my testimony that he is our Savior. How blessed I am to have his name forever upon me- now as it is literally on me (I mean, people see my name tag from a mile away (: ) and before and after I have the nametag he is written on my heart.
Love you all!
Stor klem (Big hug),

Charmed Life/ A day in the Life

Kjære vennene mine,
I am kinda at a loss of what to say this week, so I thought it would be nice to walk you through a day in the life.
6.30 Pray! and then either go out for a run/walk or do p90x (we switch off every other day because sister Wood isn't a huge fan of running. but oh I love it here! Sometimes we will go on a run and then run into a neighborhood and then off into the woods for a little bit. I live in an enchanted land)
7 the regular get ready routine. and usually I like to read something like a conference talk or the scriptures or another book. We take turns taking showers and usually have granola for breakfast
8 where the magic happens! I love my personal study hour. The scriptures are living for me. Very real and very applicable.
9 we pray together to start our companion study, read from the white handbook, share what we learned during personal study, finalize our lesson plans and practice for the day
10 we study the language for an hour. right now we are working on memorizing the living Christ in Norwegian. We are about half way there! We also have been memorizing different verbs from our book. then we will take a couple minutes and each read a different article from the ensign out loud at the same time trying to find as many words that we are learning. I think that is kinda fun. :)
11 we pray together as a mission. every missionary around Norway gets on their knees and prays together for each other and for the people. then we usually eat lunch because we are hungry
12 and we are out! usually to Asker Sentrum to find people to teach. or we will go visit an old lady in the ward.
13.30 the rest of the day's activities are usually going to sandvika to contact people there, knocking on houses in an area, maybe visiting a less active now and then or trying former investigators.
18.30 dinner with the silva family every thursday night (they are a way awesome family in the ward!) and maybe we'll have like one or two other dinner appointments during the week. those are always great because the members are to faithful here! I love the norwegians. if we don't have dinner with a member, we usually have one of our best teaching appointments (J A or B). and those happen at the church for b and for J A, at his house or the house of a member.
20 (9 PM) we are home, planning for the next day
20.30 getting ready for bed or making a smoothie or talking or writing down the highlights of the day. Prayers
22.30 (10:30) sleepin
I live a very charmed life if I do say so myself. :)
I have been thinking a lot about what the Joy of missionary work is, and I think it is bringing others to repentance. I have felt for myself the joy that comes from relying on our savior and His cleansing power, and I want everyone to feel that. I want to be like Alma in the Book of Mormon Alma Chapter 26:15 but behold, he has brought them into his everlasting light, yea, into everlasting salvation; and they are encircled about with the matchless bounty of his love; yea, and we have been instruments in his hands of doing this great and marvelous work.
We can all be tools in this marvelous work, and indeed, after we have been brought into the everlasting light of the Lord, it is our privilege. Missionary work is a natural side effect of conversion. and baptism is the natural result of a growing desire to follow Jesus Christ. Shoutout to my little brother Josh for deciding to be baptized! Like Alma, I testify that this is a great and marvelous work.
Press on in a steadfastness of Christ this week!

The District

 twinning

I love this life!

Kjære alle sammen,

I would just like to announce that I love my life.

Highlights of this week:
We were street contacting in Sandvika Sentrum and we talked to a 17 year old Norwegian whose name was Jakob, but it may as well have been Korihor. He was trying to convince us to go a week or a few days without believing in God. But how could I be justified in Denying the very power that makes it possible for me to live and love and the have given me everything? I cannot deny the existence of a God or Christ. The blessings and confirmations I have experienced are too great for me to reject. Everyday my faith is tried and in so doing becomes stronger. I feel like being on a mission is like training for the Olympics or something. Your spiritual muscles go through extreme training. I love it. I am on God's team.
Our investigator B is heaven-sent. He is SO willing to change and come to Christ! We met him in the library one day this week and helped him with the Norwegian language. He is teaching his self- amazing. He loves his daughter , and brings her to church. Pray for this guy! He is preparing to be baptized.
We had President Evan's grand-daughter with us for a whole day this week! She is so adorable. 15 years old and preparing for the future. I am so impressed with the youth of this church. Our lessons were in Norwegian, but occasionally on the street, we would talk with someone that spoke English and she was so ready to bear her testimony to them! Wow!

I am learning about the depth of the atonement and how great it actually is. That was the theme of our lesson yesterday in church and there was a comment made that if we were to live completely perfect lives and never make any mistakes, we still would not be able to make it back to our father in heaven without the atonement of Jesus Christ. It makes me think that this life is not just to have fun, and a vacation away from God, but it is a time to take it to the next level. We are not going back to where we lived before after this life, but we are continually progressing to attain a higher state of living. And Christ's atonement is the only thing that can perfect us to become glorified creatures one day. The Gospel is a lifestyle that brings happiness and an eventual god-like life. I love it and I know it to be true. I love the invitation at the end of the Book of Mormon given by Moroni: "Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God.  And again, if ye by the grace of God are perfect in Christ, and deny not his power, then are ye sanctified in Christ by the grace of God, through the shedding of the blood of Christ, which is in the covenant of the Father unto the remission of your sins, that ye become holy, without spot." What a beautiful promise! I add my testimony that this is true, in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.

Med Kjærlighet,
Søster Stephanie Joy Williams

ps I can feel your prayers and love. Please pray for J A (he needs help with his testimony) and B, and the missionary work where ever you live in the world! :)

short and sweet

Miracles have not ceased in the latter days.

We have a baptismal date for B!

This week I am really thankful for the Sandvika Ward. The missionaries had a lot of investigators in church and the members were just so great at talking to them and helping them feel welcome. I am so thankful for these people here.

We had president with us one day this week- it was an adventure. He came at 9 to be with us during companion study and then was with us until 4:30 that night. It was crazy! We felt a little uptight the whole time he was with us, but it went okay.

Life is great. I am going to keep it short today- it'll give you more time to read the scriptures and remember Christ. I would challenge everyone to take a book of mormon with you everywhere you go and read it in your down time and find opportunities to tell others about it and share it. I love doing that! It's one of the best parts of everyday. :) I know Christ lives and loves us.

Thank you for your prayers and love! Continue to pray for J A and B!

Love,
Stephanie Williams

Celebrating Norway!

kjære alle sammen,
Yesterday was the 17th of may, which is a huge holiday in Norway. It is like their 4th of July. It was so fun so see all of the Norwegian flags and the beautiful norwegian people in their traditional dress. I love Norway!
couple of great things:
We are teaching a Polish family. The first family that I am teaching on my mission! Only the dad speaks norsk, and not very well at that, but this week we went over and watched the restoration film with them in polish. They said that they will read to find out that Joseph Smith is a prophet. It is amazing that the church is growing so much that others can hear the gospel in their own languages. They are a miracle family! Fingers crossed that they will come to churchnext sunday
The guy from Peru is progressing. Beto is his name. Pray for him! :)
and we met a wonderful woman from Burma who invited her to her house for lunch. She is a truth seeker. Chandar is her name.
Jan Atle is still doing great. He is the highlight of this area. Pray for him.

Something that I thought a lot about today was that Christ is the bread of life. Just as the things that we eat become the substance and tissues that make up our bodies, the things that we read and think about and feel become the substance of our souls. We must always work to build our faith in Jesus Christ. He is the bread of life. and if we listen to his words, accept him as our savior and keep his commandments, that means that we eat of the bread of life. He promises that those who do this will have eternal life. what a marvelous gift! To never die? I am so thankful for the blessings of Christ and his resurrection. We celebrated the fact that we live in a free land yesterday- but as I took of the sacrament, I celebrated that fact that I live in a free state. That I can be free from sin.  I know he lives and is our Savior. How blessed I am to wear his name every day, and to bear his name for the rest of my life.
Thank you for your love and support! have a great week.

Asker is Still the Dream

Kjære alle sammen,
Wow! Transfer calls came and Sister Wood and I are both staying in Asker. I know we are going to see some amazing things happen here! One of them happened just on Saturday with a man named Beto.
We were walking down by the fjord in Sandvika- looking for people the Lord has prepared when we ran into Beto. We said we had a message about Christ and he said, "okay, should we sit down?" Well yes Beto, yes we should. :) So we sat down there by the water and gave him the whole first lesson and made an appointment to meet with him. We met with him yesterday, and gave  him a book of mormon in Spanish (He is from Peru). Amazing guy! He is sincerely searching for the truth. Truth-seekers are the best kind of people to teach. Those people that identify themselves as investigators.
The Lord has really blessed us with some more people to teach this week, which we are extremely grateful for. His hand is so evident in this work. We began to teach this guy named Michael- who has had some strange visions... and another lady from Africa that was taught by missionaries 6 months ago. This work is exciting!
One thing that is funny. One time Sister Wood and I were talking to a guy and he wasn't really very interested. Right before we left to keep walking, a bird pooped right on his shirt! A sign from God that he should have listened to us? It just might have been. :)
Things are well in this neck of the woods. One advice I would give to the members that are wondering what they can do to help with missionary work- give referrals to the missionaries! A referral does not have to be a non-member. It is an opportunity for the missionaries to teach. Refer less active members to the missionaries and give them information about them. Refer families that are going through a hard time that could us a visit- refer part member families. Just give them the "in" on your ward and the people in it, because they probably don't know that much!
I know that the Lord hears my prayers. He hears yours as well. Talk to and counsel with him sincerely every day, and you will see blessings beyond compare.
I love you all!
Mvh,
Søster Williams

Too many hotdogs!

Hi from me, Sister Williams, a missionary who lives and serves in Norway!
Another week gone by! We drove to hønefoss on Friday this week and do you know what? We had hot dogs and mashed potatoes and an eternal investigator's house after we mopped her floor and then we went to visit a member. It was in the middle of the day but you know what? She made us dinner and it was... hot dogs and mashed potatoes; and they always want you to eat more. I had 7 hot dogs in one day. WHAT! Then we had a dinner appointment and then another appointment and they fed us there. When you serve the Lord, It requires sacrifice. Sometimes a sacrifice in your digestive system!
Other than that, we had a couple of very confused people that didn't show up to their appointments and a couple of golden lessons with J. A. This guy is amazing, he just needs to start having a real, personal relationship with God. Another guy, G., is probably one of my favorite people I have had the opportunity to teach. He has been investigating for like 8 years, but has just started having a lot of progress again, and I feel like he just understands the gospel. That is really cool to see in people. There are so many people here in the ward that understand the gospel of Jesus Christ and really live it. I admire and love them.
That is really what life comes down to. The simple things we need to do here on earth to progress and reach our eternal goal. It comes down to Faith in Jesus Christ and his Atonement, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end. It is so easy and so simple and I am so glad for the opportunity I have to focus on that all the time.  It is a choice we take every week.
Thank you for love and support,
Søster Williams

Kjære venner

Kjære venner,
This is part of the letter I wrote to president today:
This week we had a lot of time to find, and not as much success as we wanted. Although we taught many lessons on the street, the people were not willing to meet again. I realized that I wasn't quite sure what it was that we were looking for, so I studied about finding this morning. We are trying to find those people that the Lord has prepared. One of the characteristics of a prepared person is someone that is willing to act on the message that you share. Knowing that, with our contacts on the street and at the door, we can invite them to do something very specific, and if they are willing, they might be prepared.
The Lord has prepared people- it is just a matter of finding them. I feel so blessed to know God and my savior. That is why I am here. I have made a promise to the Lord to serve him my whole life.
Although We didn't find a lot of new investigators this week, we had a couple of really cool experiences meeting people that needed to hear that God loves them. There was a girl sitting on the steps one day that we talked to that said she had had a rough day and had been praying to God and we came right at the right time. an answer to her prayer. It is so amazing to be apart of little miracles like that throughout each and everyday.
Thank you for all of the love and support. I don't have a lot of time today, but I love you and encourage you all to keep building your faith in God.
Love,
Søster Williams

The Promised Land

Dearest friends and family,

Asker is the dream! After half a year in the isolated north, I am arrived in the promised land. It is beautiful here. I am close to the mission office, President is actually in my ward, I am in the same district as the assistants, the people hear speak the kind of Norwegian that I learned in the mtc (no crazy dialect), I serve with sister wood who is from Utah- South Jordan, and she is here to work and to work hard. We are going to see miracles here! I am on board. I am ready.

I left beloved Trondheim on April fools day. We got dropped off at the airport by sister Rappleye- one of the senior missionaries. She actually started tearing up as she said goodbye to us! then it was just me, my two polka dotted suitcases, and super heavy duffel bag, and my dynna and my violin and my heavy winter coat. and two of my best missionary friends- sister Hartley and Elder Vause. long story short, I sat next to a druggie on the plane, I arrived safely in Asker, my companion drove me home (we have a car!), we celebrated her birthday a little, and then we got to work.

Super cool guy that we teach- J. A. He met the missionaries like 3 weeks ago and has a baptismal date. he came to watch General Conference with us at the institute center and is pretty much just golden. We got to watch conference on Saturday night, then on Sunday at 2, 6, and 10 at night. that was fun. :) I love hearing the words of our living day prophets.
Missionary work is the most exciting thing in the whole world- and I am blessed enough to be apart of it! If you are not involved in it, you are missing out. Pray and ask the Lord what you can do to help him with his work. You will find greater happiness and an increased purpose in your life. I can say that because I have felt that. Seek His guidance in knowing how you can use your talents to bless others. We are hastening the work together!
Love,
Sister Stephanie Joy Williams

Next stop: Asker

Kjære venner,
It happened! I am getting transferred out of Trondheim. Yes, it is sad, but I feel like this next part of my life is going to be the best thing that has ever happened to me. They are closing down my area for a little while, and Sister Vega and Sister Leland are going to be companions. Wow our mission is SO young! I am going to be praying hard for those girls.
Really cool things that happened this week:
We met a satanist
We met like 6 people on the street that have met with missionaries before and a few of them want to meet again!
We met have been meeting with a burmese family and they fed us dinner last night! Those darn language barriers though!

My mind is blanking. But I love the work. I love the Lord. I love Trondheim, and I am looking forward to loving Asker (pronounced ah-sker).
Sorry it is short today, I got a lot to do!
Love you all so much,
Søster Williams
This is me and bishop and his kids. his wife has been sick...

and me and bro Myhren. He is the coolest and pretty much lives at the church doing family history all the time.

Two of my heroes

I found Grandpa!  There is a book called Lights over Norway.  My Grandpa Brown served here as a young missionary!
